N-Thiosulfinylalkanamines have been synthesized by reaction of substituted anilines with either phosphorus pentasulfide[54] or sulfur monochloride (S2Cl2).[55] They have been shown to undergo 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reactions with alkenes in good yield.[54,56]
