General Introduction
Since being first proposed in the early 1990s, DNA-encoded libraries (DELs) have undergone significant development and are being widely adopted in drug discovery.[1,2] During the past decades, the evolution of DELs has been mainly driven by the advances in library encoding and selection methods. As an important component of the technology, DEL selection has always drawn much attention and considerable efforts have been devoted to the development of novel selection approaches.[3–5]
